I have a complaint about an Oatly product, what do I do?

We strive for delicious Oatly product perfection and the oat drink equivalent of quality you'd expect in a Michelin star restaurant. But, like any food or drink item our products might get damaged during transport, exposed to high or low temperatures during storage or in the most extreme circumstances get clawed by wild animals on their journey through the wilderness to reach you.
If this is the case, send and email to info.uk@oatly.com including a picture of the packaging and one of our community managers will get back to you ASAP!
