Oat milk powder or concentrate
Hello,
I really like oat milk, but I'm not so happy about all the packaging and about having to carry it home from the shops. So I'm wondering whether you have ever thought about producing oat milk powder (similar to cows milk powder) or a concentrated oat milk that one can add water to at home to get the same, smooth creamy oat milk (+calcium/vit D) that you sell in cartons ?

Thanks for getting in touch!
I definitely understand that it would be useful to have a concentrated version of our oat drink. However, unfortunately this would not be possible as the water is needed at every stage of our process in order to produce the texture we want. You can check out our process here.
Sorry about that! If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to contact us again.
All the best
Surely you could just evaporate the water out at the final stage of the process and the customer can add it back in their end?
I really like oatly milk but rarely buy it because of the packaging.
Thank you for sharing your great idea.
I'll bring it forward to our product developers for them to look at.
Wishing you an oatsome day!
All the best,
