My Oatly product is faulty, how do I file a complaint?

    Have you changed the recipe for the chilled full fat Oatly? My son has this and he has said that 2 cartons bought in the last 3 weeks have had a different (not off) taste. Please help!

    Thanks for reaching out and bringing this to our attention. I'm so sorry to hear that you've come across these disappointing cartons.

    We take all irregularities seriously and would like to get this looked into by our Quality Team so if you still have the cartons affected could you please send us a photo of the best-before-date and batch number printed on the top? (If you no longer have the carton then don't worry)

    Could you please also let us know which shop you bought them from?

    We’d love to send you some vouchers as an apology for these less than amazing Oatly experiences. Would you be happy to share your address with us so that we can send you those?
